Depression or major depressive feeling is a very common but critical medical condition where a person generate negative feelings and thoughts for oneself and others. It can occur in both women and men of any age. According to several surveys around the world it has been found that 1 out of 5 women and 1 in 10 men suffer from depressive disorder or depression. This condition can get more worse and may lead to smoking, poor nutrition, drinking , weird behavior and sometimes suicidal steps.
